On behalf of the Touchstone Bank team I am please to announce that we are beginning the re-opening process of our branch lobbies.  

Beginning Tuesday, July 7th Touchstone will reopen 10 branch lobbies. With the exception of our Louisburg, Boydton and Rivers Bend branches all our locations will be open and ready to greet you personally.  Although you will notice a few changes in place to protect our staff, customers and visitors, you will also see that our commitment to providing you superior customer service remains constant.

We have adopted CDC best practices at all of our branches. Now when customers enter the branch, you will be asked to maintain social distancing by following the markers on the floor. Plexiglas barriers have been installed at teller windows and in offices to help provide protection. Generally, Touchstone staff will be wearing face-masks and they would love it if you would too. We understand that for some wearing a mask may seem like an inconvenience, but we ask that you recognize that our staff interacts with many customers throughout the day.

When you visit a branch, we will check you in at the front door. If we are unable to recognize you, you will be asked to present a valid ID and you may be asked to wait if the number of customers allowed in the branch at that time is at capacity.

If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to continue to utilize our online and mobile banking services. If you need further assistance, please call 888-478-4434 for a consultation on how we can best assist you. Although not all of our lobbies will be open, you can schedule an appointment at any branch.

Please note that our lobby hours will be from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm to allow for cleaning prior to opening and after closing for the day. Drive through hours will remain unchanged.

Like you, we look forward to the time when this is all behind us. Until then, in our tradition of providing superior service we have adopted these CDC guidelines to help keep us all safe. Look for further updates about additional branch re-openings.
