As CEO and on behalf of the Touchstone Bank team, I want to share with you  that we are once again accepting loan applications for submission on your behalf to the Small Business Association's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The SBA resumed accepting Paycheck Protection Program applications on Monday, April 27, 2020.

It was our hope that Congress would extend the PPP by providing additional funds. Touchstone Bank is a participating lender and now that more funding is available we invite existing customers along with new customers to work with our team of loan officers through the PPP regulations and guidance and the certifications required to obtain a loan.

Touchstone is proud to be a part of this program that has supported numerous small businesses and protected jobs in Virginia and North Carolina.  With these additional funds appropriated by Congress, we hope even more will benefit from this critical relief.

For more information on the Paycheck Protection Program, visit: sba.gov/paycheckprotection.

We remain committed to delivering excellent customer service while keeping our focus on maintaining the health and well-being of our valued customers and staff.

Best Regards,
James R. Black
President & CEO
