As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus, we are outlining here the essential services Touchstone offers, so you can maintain access to your account and banking services.

At the branch

Touchstone Bank is now conducting business at drive-throughs, ATMs and by appointment.  For businesses with large deposits, the night drop is available and will be processed regularly during the day.  Safe deposit access, loan closings, and bulk coin orders will be by appointment only.

Use our online, mobile, and telephone banking resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access.

Use our Online Mobile tools to:

  • Check balances and monitor activity
  • Transfer funds, pay bills, and pay friends and family through Zelle
  • View checks and statements
  • Make deposits though Mobile Banking
  • Turn your debit cards on and off with SecurLOCK Equip
  • Find our nearest ATMLocations

If you have not yet discovered all of these convenient services, now would be a great time to start.  Go to the Online Mobile page or download our mobile apps from the App Store and Google Play to enroll today. To use our mobile apps, you must first be enrolled in online banking.
